Executive Interconnect Support

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure all POI interconnect issue is well-delivered and settled by MS IR Operation
• Lead on coordination with POI Interconnect Partner during troubleshooting any interconnect issue related technical problem
• Liase with RGR, CS Planning, Confirguration Managemenet on monitoring & controlling POI related CR Implementation by MS; ensure whole process of Work Order execution meet the SLA as required by RGR
• Liase with OLO for technical coordination on implementing opening new POI, initial test call, CDR compare, commercial traffic & capacity expansion
• Maintain opening AXIS & OLO MSISDN numbering documentation and ensure the routing for this numbering work properly
• Liase with CS Core Performance Dept. on POI performance analysis and facilitate mediation to OLO counterpart on performance issue
• Support RGR during Joint Planning Session with OLO on performance review and outstanding issue and provide advisory to RGR on technical recommendation
• Contribute actively on inter-operator/OLO Technical Forum held regularly and able to gain adventage to AXIS goal on long term relationship
• Provide approval and Process Entry Permit to AXIS premises requested by OLO/Third Party in order to implement POI link integration/LL maintenance purpose
• Provide adhoc support for Transmission Planning, Implementation, and MS Operation on coordination/mediation with OLO especially on Radio MW Capacity Upgrade or Radia MW Maintenance at OLO premises

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree, majoring in Telecommunication Engineering Studies
• Min. 5 years experience in Telecommunication Industry, specifically in Core Network, IN, Signalling and International roaming
• Have good ability in handling mutitasks, willingness to learn, resillence, well-intiative under minimum supervision
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
