It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatra, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commerce commissioning at the end of 2010 with first gold poured in early 2011. The plant is capable of producing at rate of 250,000 oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum.

Martabe with a resources base of 6.5M oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum. Surveyor (MD 0318)

This position will be based in Martabe Project with FIFO Schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Senior Surveyor.

Role of this position is responsible to:
• Supports TSF construction activities
• Maintain personal responsibility for the health, safety and environment act of every worker under or assigned to his supervision
• Operate and maintain total station and other additional tool as required by mining, exploration and civil industry
• Ensure and maintain data records with accuracy
• Develops implement and maintain the survey procedure or protocol that adheres to survey standards as required under the industry standards in their project
• Maintains high technical standards and the same time have the ability to complete assigned task in a timely manner
• Provide report related with Mine survey
• Trains and guides project associated staff
• Maintain community and local government relationships
• Ensure survey team cover work, maintains regular pickup of ongoing work

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor Degree in Geodetic Engineering
2. Minimal experience 3 years of practical mining survey
3. Experienced with survey equipments, Total Station & GPS
4. Familiar with surveying & mapping software (Processing & Adjustment)
5. Capable of using CAD software (Surpac, Mapinfo)
6. Familiar with coordinate system transformation and map projection
7. Good communication in English both oral and written
8. Good personality, determined, adaptive, responsive, open minded, integrity and team work.

Superintendent Mine Technical Services (MD 0312)

This position will be based at with FIFO Schedule 4/2 weeks Martabe Project and reports directly to the Mine Manager.

The main accountabilities of the role are to :
• Provide expertise in the long-range and short-range mine planning functions in order to assist Department in achieving their goals.
• Provide assistance in the training and development of National Staff employees to ensure that they increase their core competencies, produce results suitable to management and to the efficient operation and development of Martabe, and continuously improve their capabilities and the quality of their work.
• Analyze and assist in developing strategic plan goals and directions for the long-range mine plan and advise the long-range planning group to ensure that strategic goals and long-range planning goals are in alignment.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Mining Engineering Graduated and POM
2. Good Communication and Writing In English
3. Various Mining Software sound knowledge
4. A relevant Engineering Degree with a minimum of 10 to 15 years experience in world class Open Pit metalliferous mining operations

Senior Geologist

Qualifications:
• Male, minimum 40 - 50 years old.
• Bachelor Degree, Majoring in Geology.
• Minimum 15 year experience of exploration and geological mapping.
• Preferably have experience in mineral exploration. • Knowledgeable and capable of using geological software, preferably Master Mining Software (AutoCAD is a minimum requirement).
• Responsible for conducting the planning, implementation and mapping activities of the mine as well as drilling and geological analysis.
• Proactive, hardworking, disciplined, results oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Homebase Jakarta.

Land Accuisition and Legal Officer

Qualifications:
• Male, age between 28 – 40 years old.
• Bachelor degree majoring faculty of law.
• Experience abaout land accuisition, administration and prosedural.
• Have negotiation skill with a strong commercial and legal argument.
• Smart, highly motivated person, creative, independent, excellent interpersonal skills, accurate, team work and hard working.
• Able to work independently, able to deliver a work within tight dead line, ready to work under pressure.
• Well administrative and paperwork.
• Prefer have an PERADI card member also have an experience in mining area.
• Willing to be placed at site Kalimantan.

Accounting Staff

Requirements:
• Male / Female, 24 - 28 years old.
• Minimal completed at least a post high school (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring accounting.
• Minimal 1 years experience as accounting.
• Have good analytical skills, able to work independently and in teams.
• Able to prepare all financial statements and consolidated.
• Hardworking and be able to work under pressure
